Mouse Prenylcysteine Oxidase 1 (PCYOX1) ELISA Kit

The Mouse Prenylcysteine Oxidase 1 (PCYOX1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of PCYOX1, a lysosomal flavoenzyme that oxidizes prenylated cysteine residues generated during the catabolism of isoprenylated proteins. Capture antibodies specific for mouse PCYOX1 are pre-coated on a microplate, and bound analyte is detected with a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, and TMB substrate; the resulting color change is proportional to PCYOX1 levels in the well. The kit supports research on protein prenylation, lysosomal degradation, lipid metabolism, and oxidative stress pathways in murine models. It is supplied as a complete pack with one microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, detection antibody, HRP conjugate, substrate solution, wash buffer, and stop solution, enabling a single-use workflow per plate.
