Mouse Pregnane X Receptor (PXR) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Mouse Pregnane X Receptor ELISA Kit pairs a pre-coated capture antibody with a biotinylated detection reagent and streptavidin-HRP, enabling chromogenic readout of PXR levels in tissue homogenates from drug-treated mice. The 96-well microplate layout supports a seven-point standard curve run in duplicate, with each kit lot validated against endogenous PXR from C57BL/6 liver lysates and showing negligible cross-reactivity against the closely related mouse nuclear receptors CAR, FXR, and LXR alpha. Unused strip wells should be resealed with the supplied desiccant and held at 2-8°C, while the biotinylated detection antibody is best aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw damage to the conjugate.
