Mouse Pre-mRNA-splicing regulator WTAP (Wtap) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse pre-mRNA-splicing regulator WTAP in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse samples only.

WTAP is a regulatory subunit of the WMM N6-methyltransferase complex, which mediates N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methylation of mRNAs and contributes to mRNA splicing, processing and stability. The protein localises to the nucleus, nucleoplasm and nuclear speckles, and is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein associated with the Wilms tumor 1 pathway.

The kit has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.6pg/mL, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse WTAP. Reagents are shipped at +4°C and stored at -20°C, with select wash buffer, substrate and stop solution components held at 4°C. For research use only.
