The Mouse PRDC PharmaGenie ELISA Kit detects PRDC, a secreted BMP-binding antagonist of the DAN family also designated GREM2, supporting research on BMP signaling in lung, kidney, neural crest, and odontogenic tissues.

Mouse is the validated reactivity species, and the assay is configured to read mouse plasma, mouse serum, or conditioned cell culture medium as input material. Published murine studies have linked elevated PRDC expression to emphysema-like lung remodeling, making accurate quantification relevant to respiratory biology and developmental work. Standards are calibrated against recombinant mouse PRDC, and unknowns are interpolated against a standard curve.

Reagents arrive in vials with pre-coated plate wells, biotinylated detection antibody concentrate, and substrate solution, sized for the indicated assay count. A 50 µL sample volume is added per well.
