Mouse PRAP1/Proline-rich acidic protein 1 ELISA Kit

This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is configured in a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of Proline-rich acidic protein 1 (PRAP1) in mouse samples. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges are reported as 90–102% for serum (average 96%), 89–100% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 86–103% for heparin plasma (average 91%).
