Mouse PPIB/Cyclophilin B ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA, double-antibody kit designed for the quantitative detection of Cyclophilin B (PPIB) in mouse samples. It is validated for use on serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research applications where accurate measurement of Cyclophilin B levels is required.

The kit is colorimetric and reports a detection sensitivity of 75 pg/mL with a working range of 125-8000 pg/mL. It should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity data across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 are reported as: serum 85-102%, 86-99%, 92-103%; EDTA plasma 82-97%, 86-97%, 85-101%; heparin plasma 81-100%, 83-94%, 80-94%. Spike-and-recovery ranges are reported as serum 92-105% (average 98%), EDTA plasma 91-100% (average 96%) and heparin plasma 85-102% (average 97%).

Cyclophilin B is a protein involved in protein folding and trafficking, playing a part in cellular processes and immune response. Its dysregulation has been implicated in autoimmune disorders, viral infections and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a useful biomarker for studying these diseases.
