Mouse POU domain, class 2, transcription factor 2 (Pou2f2) ELISA Kit

POU2F2, also known as Oct-2, OTF-2, Oct2 or Otf2, is a transcription factor that specifically binds to the octamer motif (5'-ATTTGCAT-3') and regulates transcription in a number of tissues in addition to activating immunoglobulin gene expression, with described roles in cell differentiation, development and immune response.

The kit is intended for research use only. The target protein is localised in the cytoplasm and nucleus, and is implicated in biological processes including transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter, mature B cell differentiation, and immunoglobulin secretion.
