Mouse Polycystin-2 (Pkd2) ELISA Kit

Linearity is reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, and recovery for serum and plasma averages 80% with a 80-80% range.

Polycystin-2 functions as a calcium permeable cation channel involved in fluid-flow mechanosensation by the primary cilium in renal epithelium, and together with TRPV4 forms mechano- and thermosensitive channels in the cilium.
