Mouse Polycomb group RING finger protein 6 (Pcgf6) ELISA Kit

Key performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.09 ng/mL. Precision has been measured with an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (N=5), with reported values ranging from 83–123% across the tested combinations. Average recovery is 90% (range 84–96%) for serum and 92% (range 86–98%) for plasma. Specificity is described for natural and recombinant mouse Polycomb group RING finger protein 6.
