Mouse pMAPT /pTAU (phosphorylated microtubule-associated protein tau) ELISA kit (MOES01646)

Assay Genie’s colorimetric sandwich ELISA is designed to measure phosphorylated microtubule-associated protein tau (pMAPT/pTAU) in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. It uses a plate pre-coated with an antibody specific to mouse pMAPT/pTAU, together with a biotinylated detection antibody and an avidin-HRP conjugate.

The stated sensitivity is "9.38 pg/mL" and the detection range is "15.63-1000 pg/mL", with recovery reported as "80%-120%". The protocol uses "100 μL" of standard or sample per well and measures optical density at "450 nm ± 2 nm". No significant cross-reactivity or interference with analogues was observed.
