Mouse PLGF-2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1506)

PLGF-2 (Placental Growth Factor-2) is a VEGF family ligand involved in angiogenesis, vasculogenesis and trophoblast biology. This kit from Assay Genie quantifies mouse PLGF-2 across cell culture supernatant, plasma or serum samples.

The standard curve covers 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity around 9.4 pg/mL, using 100 µL of sample per well. Reagents are supplied refrigerated and should be brought to room temperature before use.
