Mouse Platelet-derived growth factor subunit B (Pdgfb) ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.62pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.5% and inter-assay CV is 8.3%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Recovery in serum averages 103% (range 97-109%) and in plasma averages 105% (range 99-111%).

PDGFB is a secreted growth factor involved in embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell migration, survival, chemotaxis, and wound healing, and acts as a potent mitogen for cells of mesenchymal origin.
