Mouse PKR1 (Prokineticin Receptor 1) ELISA Kit (MOES01392)

The Assay Genie Mouse PKR1 kit is supplied as a 96-well dismountable microplate and supports a complete workflow in roughly 4 hours from sample loading to final readout. Serum or plasma specimens require only 50 uL per well, while cell culture supernatant and tissue lysate inputs use 100 uL; matrices should be diluted at least 1:2 in the provided Sample Dilution Buffer before loading. Incubations are performed at 37 °C, including a 90 minute standard/sample binding step, a 60 minute biotinylated antibody step, and a 30 minute HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate step, followed by 90 uL of TMB substrate developed for 10 to 20 minutes and terminated by 50 uL of stop solution. Capture and detection antibodies are highly specific for mouse PKR1 (PROKR1, GPR73) and show no significant cross-reactivity with homologous analogues, enabling reliable quantitation in reproductive, neurogenic, and tumor tissue studies. The sealed kit ships refrigerated and should be stored at 2 to 8 °C for up to 12 months; opened components such as the lyophilized standard and unused strip wells can be kept at -20 °C for longer term use.
