Mouse PKR1 (Prokineticin Receptor 1) CLIA Kit (MOES00497)

Assay Genie's CLIA Kit for mouse PKR1 leverages chemiluminescent detection to deliver an extended dynamic range and improved analytical sensitivity compared with colorimetric ELISA workflows. The prokineticin receptor 1 (also designated PROKR1) is a G protein-coupled receptor implicated in angiogenesis, neurogenesis, and inflammatory pain pathways, making this assay useful for studies of vascular biology, gut motility, and circadian regulation in murine models.

Each kit is supplied as a pre-coated 96-well microplate with lyophilized standards and detection antibodies, sufficient for 96 individual determinations. Serum, plasma, or tissue homogenate samples are added directly to the wells; bound analyte is revealed with an acridinium-based luminescent substrate that is quantified on a luminometer. Typical sample volumes are 50–100 µl per well, and standards are run in duplicate to generate a seven-point calibration curve covering the expected physiological range.

For best results, store kit components at 2–8 °C upon receipt and bring all reagents to room temperature before use. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -80 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The assay is configured for research use only and is compatible with most automated plate washers and luminometer readers.
