Mouse PIK3CA ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit uses a double antibody format for the quantitative measurement of mouse PIK3CA in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting cardiovascular research workflows. PIK3CA is a key enzyme in the PI3K pathway involved in cellular growth, proliferation and survival, with dysregulation linked to cancer, diabetes and autoimmune disorders.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Linearity was validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with corresponding average spike-recoveries of 92%, 96% and 90%. Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The protocol uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution. Reagents supplied include a pre-coated dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled antibody concentrate, HRP-streptavidin conjugate concentrate, TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer and plate sealer.
