Mouse Phospholipase D1 (Pld1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Phospholipase D1 (PLD1), also referred to as choline phosphatase 1, phosphatidylcholine-hydrolyzing phospholipase D1 or PLD 1. The assay is intended for mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and uses a colorimetric ELISA read at 450 nm.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 78-5000pg/ml and a sensitivity of 39.6pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is 9.0% CV and inter-assay precision is 11.1% CV. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with average recovery of 100% (94-106%) in serum and 102% (96-108%) in plasma. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse PLD1, a key enzyme implicated in signal transduction, membrane trafficking and the regulation of mitosis.
