The Assay Genie Mouse Phenol Sulfotransferase (PST) ELISA Kit is a quantitative in vitro immunoassay intended for research use only, enabling scientists to monitor PST activity and expression in murine models. Prepared tissue homogenate samples are added to a microplate pre-coated with capture antibodies specific for mouse PST, and the bound enzyme is detected through an enzyme-linked reporter that produces a measurable color change proportional to PST concentration in each well.
