Mouse PHD finger protein 1 (Phf1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse PHD finger protein 1 (Phf1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and uses a colorimetric read-out. PHF1, also known by synonyms including Polycomb-like protein 1, mPCl1, Tctex-3 and Protein PHF1, is a polycomb group protein that binds histone H3 trimethylated at Lys-36, recruits the PRC2 complex, and is involved in the DNA damage response at double-strand breaks. It regulates chromatin structure and gene expression, contributing to cell proliferation, differentiation and development, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and developmental abnormalities.

The kit provides a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse PHF1. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with serum recovery averaging 89% (range 83-95%) and plasma recovery averaging 91% (range 85-97%).
