Mouse Pglyrp3/ Peptidoglycan recognition protein 3 ELISA Kit

An immunoassay from Assay Genie developed for the precise quantification of Peptidoglycan Recognition Protein 3 (PGLYRP3) in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format with colorimetric detection and is suited to research on innate immunity, bacterial recognition, and inflammatory processes.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a quantitative range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity has been verified in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, and recovery has been evaluated in the same matrices. The procedure follows six steps: reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB colour development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution is added.

Components are intended for storage at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months under the recommended conditions.
