Mouse Periplakin (PPL) ELISA Kit

Periplakin (PPL) is a member of the plakin family of cytoskeletal linker proteins and a structural constituent of the cornified envelope in stratified epithelia. This Mouse Periplakin (PPL) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie employs a mouse-specific capture antibody to quantify endogenous PPL in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The kit is supplied as a complete sandwich ELISA bundle including a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, reference standards, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution for 96 assays, with a colorimetric readout read on a standard plate reader.
