Mouse Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase-like 1 (PpIL-1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase-like 1 (PpIL-1), also referenced by the synonym Rotamase PPIL1. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse PpIL-1 and is intended for research use only.

Validated for use with mouse samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.194ng/mL. The target protein corresponds to UniProt entry Q9D0W5, with a reported molecular weight of 18,237 Da. PpIL-1 is a peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) that accelerates protein folding by catalyzing the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. It has been implicated in pre-mRNA splicing and has been identified in the spliceosome C complex, where it interacts with SNW1.
