Mouse Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase FKBP5 (Fkbp5) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of mouse Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase FKBP5 (Fkbp5). The assay uses a microplate pre-coated with a specific capture antibody; standards or samples are added, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate. After substrate addition and termination with stop solution, the optical density is measured at 450 nm and is proportional to FKBP5 concentration.

Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, saliva, urine, cell culture supernatant, tissue samples and other related biological fluids, and the kit recognises both natural and recombinant mouse FKBP5 (UniProt Q64378).
