Mouse Peptidoglycan recognition protein 1 (Pglyrp1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Peptidoglycan recognition protein 1 (PGLYRP1), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a reliable tool for studying innate immune responses. PGLYRP1 is a pattern receptor that binds murein peptidoglycans of Gram-positive bacteria, and plays a role in detecting and responding to bacterial infections. The kit is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.7pg/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Recovery ranges from 85-97% for serum (average 91%) and from 87-99% for plasma (average 93%). The assay recognises natural and recombinant mouse PGLYRP1.
