Mouse Pepsinogen C ELISA Kit

The kit is designed for research applications investigating gastricsin, an enzyme involved in converting pepsinogen to pepsin in the stomach, with relevance to digestive health and conditions such as gastritis and gastric cancers.

Reported sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL, with a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity ranges from 80% to 105% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and average recovery values run from 98% to 100% across the same matrices. Detection is colorimetric, with sequential 37 °C incubations for primary antigen binding (90 minutes), biotinylated detection antibody (60 minutes), and HRP-Streptavidin SABC (30 minutes), followed by TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
