Mouse PDGFsR-alpha ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of PDGFsR-alpha in mouse samples. The double-antibody sandwich format is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

The assay has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, linearity ranges from 80–102% in serum, 82–105% in EDTA plasma, and 82–102% in heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery performance is 88–105% in serum (average 95%), 92–105% in EDTA plasma (average 100%), and 85–105% in heparin plasma (average 93%). The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

PDGFR-alpha is a receptor involved in cell growth and proliferation, with roles in development, wound healing, and tissue repair. Dysregulation of PDGFR-alpha signaling has been implicated in cancer and fibrotic disorders, making it a target of interest in therapeutic research.
