Mouse PDGFRL ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is specifically designed for the precise measurement of PDGFR-L (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptor-Like protein) levels in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, providing a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a measuring range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL (Uniprot: Q6PE55).

PDGFR-L is a key player in cell signaling pathways involved in cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and inflammatory disorders, highlighting its significance as a biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic targeting. The kit supports investigation into PDGFR-L in disease pathogenesis, evaluation of treatment efficacy, and exploration of potential therapeutic interventions.

Linearity was demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 with serum at 82–100%, 87–96% and 87–95% (n=5), EDTA plasma at 82–98%, 87–100% and 85–102% (n=5), and heparin plasma at 84–99%, 83–92% and 81–100% (n=5). Recovery rates were 85–105% (average 96%) for serum, 85–105% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–100% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
