Mouse PDGFD ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of platelet-derived growth factor D (PDGFD) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a reported sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, and is intended for research applications. All reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validation data show linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) of 93-104%, 84-100% and 88-99% in serum; 88-101%, 88-98% and 83-100% in EDTA plasma; and 90-98%, 85-101% and 93-105% in heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery ranges were 89-101% in serum (average 97%), 85-105% in EDTA plasma (average 95%) and 85-103% in heparin plasma (average 93%).

The assay procedure includes equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes at 37°C, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
