Mouse PDGFC ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of mouse Platelet-Derived Growth Factor C (PDGFC). The double-antibody assay uses colorimetric detection and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL.

The protocol involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin binding step, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Recovery has been verified across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n=5), with averages of 97% (range 89–102%), 91% (range 85–102%), and 94% (range 86–105%) respectively. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 85–100%, 83–100%, and 82–98% for serum; 87–96%, 83–95%, and 81–100% for EDTA plasma; and 89–100%, 83–95%, and 81–98% for heparin plasma. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
