Mouse PDGFB ELISA Kit

Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 was validated for serum (90-103%, 91-104%, 86-105%), EDTA plasma (89-96%, 90-101%, 82-100%), and heparin plasma (83-93%, 84-100%, 86-98%). Recovery ranged from 85-99% (average 92%) for serum, 87-97% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 96-104% (average 100%) for heparin plasma.

Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit components — including a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution buffers, stop solution, wash buffer, and plate sealer — are intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.
