Mouse PD-L2, also called B7-DC or CD273, is a cell-surface ligand in the B7 family that engages PD-1 and RGMb on lymphocytes and is increasingly studied in tumor immune evasion, peripheral tolerance, and Th2-mediated inflammation. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure PD-L2 concentrations across multiple murine sample matrices, supporting checkpoint-blockade studies, transplant tolerance models, and allergy or helminth-infection research where the molecule shapes effector T-cell responses.
