Mouse PC4 and SFRS1-interacting protein (Psip1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse PC4 and SFRS1-interacting protein (Psip1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive for mouse samples and detects natural and recombinant mouse PC4 and SFRS1-interacting protein, a nuclear transcriptional coactivator implicated in neuroepithelial stem cell differentiation, neurogenesis and stress-induced apoptosis.

The kit has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.095 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Spiking recovery averaged 85% in serum (range 80–91%) and 87% in plasma (range 81–93%). Linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (N=5). The kit is for research use only and is shipped at +4°C, with storage at -20°C.
