Mouse Ovalbumin Specific IgE/OVA sIgE ELISA Kit

Ovalbumin-specific IgE refers to immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies that are specifically produced in response to ovalbumin, a major protein found in egg whites. The Mouse OVA sIgE kit from Assay Genie allows researchers to gain valuable insights into the immune response to ovalbumin and the development of allergies in mice.

This immunoassay kit uses an Indirect ELISA format with HRP detection for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse OVA sIgE concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Sensitivity is 0.938 ng/ml with an assay range of 1.563-100 ng/ml. The kit should be stored at 4°C for 6 months and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance includes recovery ranges of 89-103% (average 98%) in serum, 91-104% (average 98%) in EDTA plasma, and 92-100% (average 96%) in UFH plasma (n=5). Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilution of spiked samples across serum, EDTA plasma and UFH plasma. Intra-assay CV is <8% and inter-assay CV is <10%.
