Mouse Osteopontin (Spp1) ELISA Kit

The protein (UniProt P10923; NCBI Gene ID 20750) has a molecular weight of 32,459 Da, is secreted, and acts as a cytokine involved in enhancing production of interferon-gamma and interleukin-12 and reducing production of interleukin-10.

Detection range is 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.16ng/mL. Precision is reported as intra-assay CV of 7.5% and inter-assay CV of 9.1%. Specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse Osteopontin. Linearity values across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions are: serum (N=5) 110-119%, 114-123%, 107-116%, 109-118%; EDTA plasma (N=5) 105-115%, 94-104%, 110-119%, 104-114%; heparin plasma (N=5) 85-97%, 109-119%, 100-110%, 90-102%.
