Mouse Osteonectin (ON) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse Osteonectin immunoassay quantifies ON/SPARC, a matricellular glycoprotein implicated in bone mineralization, collagen deposition, and extracellular matrix remodeling in murine research samples. Contents include a pre-coated microplate, calibration standards, detection antibody, and substrate reagents in a colorimetric endpoint format readable on a standard plate reader. Researchers apply diluted specimens such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or conditioned medium to wells, perform the binding and wash steps, and record absorbance to interpolate ON concentration from the standard curve.
