Mouse OSM/Oncostatin M ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of mouse oncostatin-M (OSM), this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format and a colorimetric readout to deliver accurate, reproducible results. The assay supports research into OSM, a cytokine implicated in inflammation, immune response, tissue repair, autoimmune diseases, cancer and related pathological processes.

Reactivity is specific to mouse. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. All components are supplied for storage at 2–8°C and remain stable under those conditions for 12 months.

Spike-and-recovery performance is documented for serum (86–103% range, 94% average), EDTA plasma (87–102% range, 93% average) and heparin plasma (87–97% range, 92% average). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 85–103%, 86–100% and 81–99% for serum; 86–98%, 85–98% and 87–99% for EDTA plasma; and 89–104%, 82–95% and 92–97% for heparin plasma.
