Mouse Opticin (Optc) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse opticin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay reacts with mouse samples and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse opticin.

Opticin, also referred to as oculoglycan or Opt, is a secreted extracellular matrix protein that binds collagen fibrils and contributes to extracellular matrix organisation and the regulation of collagen fibrillogenesis. The kit has a stated detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.16 ng/mL.
