Mouse OPN/Osteopontin ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of osteopontin (OPN) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC) with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 23.438 pg/mL and an assay range of 39.063–2500 pg/mL. Linearity assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) returned values spanning 80–104% across the matrices. Spike-and-recovery testing gave average recoveries of 94% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma, with a full recovery range of 85–105%.

Unopened kits are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The kit is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, biotin-labelled antibody (100×), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (100×), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25× wash buffer, plate sealer and a technical manual.
