Mouse Oncostatin-M-specific receptor subunit beta (Osmr) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate quantification of Oncostatin-M-specific receptor subunit beta (OSMR) levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse OSMR.

With a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.442ng/mL, the kit supports research into the oncostatin M signaling pathway, which influences inflammatory responses, cell growth, and differentiation. Dysregulation of OSMR has been implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmune conditions. The protein functions as a heterodimer with IL6ST to form the type II OSM receptor, and with IL31RA to form the IL31 receptor, activating STAT3 and possibly STAT1 and STAT5. It is a single-pass type I membrane protein.
