Mouse Omentin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0069)

A 96-format competitive immunoassay from Assay Genie is built specifically around mouse omentin-1, also known as intelectin-1 (ITLN1). Built on the PharmaGenie small-target ELISA architecture, it quantifies this circulating secretory adipokine in serum and cell culture supernatant samples from murine research models. Omentin-1 is released predominantly by omental visceral adipose tissue, and published mouse studies have linked its circulating levels to insulin sensitivity, lipid handling, and the inflammatory balance of fat depots in models of metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and obesity-linked cardiovascular disease. Because the analyte is small and structurally conserved between related species, the competitive binding format is a deliberate choice that sidesteps the need for matched antibody pairs.

Each plate is processed in a single working session, with reference standards and unknown samples co-titrated on the same plate and the enzymatic endpoint read on a standard microplate reader.
