Mouse OLFM4/Olfactomedin 4 ELISA Kit

Compatible matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with colorimetric detection and absorbance read at 450 nm.

The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum is 96-105% (1:2), 91-104% (1:4) and 89-102% (1:8); in EDTA plasma 87-101%, 82-99% and 90-101%; and in heparin plasma 84-98%, 83-98% and 85-93% (each n=5). Recovery averages 93% in serum (range 86-102%), 92% in EDTA plasma (range 87-102%) and 94% in heparin plasma (range 86-101%). Storage is 2-8°C for 12 months.
