Olfactomedin-1 (OLFM1), a secreted glycoprotein also referenced in the literature as Noelin or pancortin, contributes to neural crest cell migration, neuronal differentiation, and modulation of Wnt signaling pathways. Investigators in developmental neurobiology and tumor biology frequently need accurate protein-level readouts because altered OLFM1 expression has been described in glioblastoma, colorectal carcinoma, and other solid tumor models.
