Mouse OGDH ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA (colorimetric) immunoassay kit designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Ogdh concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The kit targets OGDH (Oxoglutarate Dehydrogenase), a key enzyme of the tricarboxylic acid cycle that plays a critical role in energy metabolism and cellular function. Dysregulation of OGDH has been linked to metabolic disorders and neurological conditions, making it a useful biomarker for research into these pathologies.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 0.469ng/ml and a measuring range of 0.781-50ng/ml. Recovery was demonstrated in serum (88-104%, average 95%), EDTA plasma (86-98%, average 93%), and UFH plasma (85-104%, average 98%).
