Mouse NUP85 (Nucleoporin 85kDa) ELISA Kit (MOES01311)

Nucleoporin 85 (NUP85) is a scaffold subunit of the Nup107-160 complex, which forms a stable ring at the core of the nuclear pore and is required for nucleocytoplasmic trafficking, mitotic spindle assembly, and proper kinetochore attachment during cell division. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is calibrated for mouse NUP85 detection, allowing researchers to monitor expression of the 85 kDa nucleoporin in mouse-derived sample matrices using an absorbance-based readout compatible with standard microplate readers.

Each kit provides a pre-coated plate, assay buffers, and detection reagents for a two-antibody ELISA workflow intended for in vitro research use only.
