Mouse NUP214 (Nucleoporin 214kDa) ELISA Kit (MOES01320)

An immunoassay tool from Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of the 214 kDa nucleoporin NUP214 in mouse samples, supporting research into nuclear pore complex function, nucleocytoplasmic mRNA transport, and the role of NUP214 rearrangements in leukemogenesis. NUP214, originally identified as the CAN autoantigen, is a key scaffolding component of the nuclear pore and a frequent partner in oncogenic fusion transcripts such as SET-NUP214 and DEK-NUP214 found in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and acute myeloid leukemia. The kit is supplied in a 96-assay microplate format with colorimetric readout on standard plate equipment, and accepts mouse serum samples, plasma preparations and tissue-derived specimens collected from relevant disease models. Components include pre-coated microwell strips, biotinylated detection reagent, enzyme conjugate, calibration standards, and buffer solutions sufficient to complete a full plate run under routine laboratory conditions.
