Linearity has been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for serum (85-99%, 86-101%, 87-104%), EDTA plasma (82-90%, 87-96%, 83-101%), and heparin plasma (84-91%, 84-98%, 81-100%). Recovery ranges of 93-104% (serum), 87-100% (EDTA plasma), and 87-93% (heparin plasma) are reported, with corresponding averages of 100%, 93%, and 90%.
