The Mouse NUP160 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of Nucleoporin 160kDa, a scaffolding subunit of the nuclear pore complex that mediates nucleocytoplasmic transport, mRNA export and mitotic checkpoint progression. The kit supports research into nuclear envelope assembly, genome stability and diseases linked to NUP160 dysfunction, including steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia. Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized recombinant standards and wash buffer sufficient for 96 individual determinations. With a sample volume of 100 uL per well, the assay is validated for serum, plasma and tissue homogenate specimens prepared from mouse sources, and shows no significant cross-reactivity with analogous nucleoporins such as NUP107 or NUP133.
