Mouse Nucleobindin 1 (NUCB1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse Nucleobindin 1 (NUCB1) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of NUCB1, a calcium-binding EF-hand protein localized primarily to the Golgi apparatus and also secreted into extracellular compartments. NUCB1 contributes to intracellular calcium homeostasis and has been studied in the context of bone metabolism and obesity-related signaling pathways. This microplate-format in vitro immunoassay is intended for research use only and accepts tissue homogenates prepared from mouse samples; species reactivity is limited to mouse NUCB1. The assay provides a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a minimum detectable dose of approximately 0.078 ng/mL. The kit should be refrigerated (2–8 °C) upon arrival; protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard and conjugate components. Each pack contains pre-coated wells, detection antibody, lyophilized standards, assay buffers, and chromogenic substrate sufficient for 96 determinations.
