The Mouse Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 1, Group D, Member 2 (NR1D2) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay that measures Rev-erbβ protein levels in mouse tissue homogenates and related specimen types. NR1D2, also known as Rev-erbβ, is a heme-binding nuclear receptor that functions as a transcriptional repressor within the core circadian clock machinery, suppressing BMAL1-driven gene expression by recruiting NCoR/HDAC corepressor complexes to shared ROR response elements.
This reagent supports chronobiology and metabolic research, including studies of circadian rhythm regulation, hepatic lipid and glucose homeostasis, adipogenesis, inflammatory signaling, and neurodegenerative disease models. The kit provides a pre-coated plate and reagents for the generation of a standard curve for absolute protein quantification.
Each kit is supplied with sufficient material for one microplate run and is intended for research use only. Unopened components should be stored refrigerated at 4 °C to preserve antibody activity across the shelf life of the product.
