Mouse Nuclear receptor corepressor 1 (Ncor1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Nuclear receptor corepressor 1 (Ncor1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a colorimetric detection format with an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and inter-assay CV of 8.1%, a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.74pg/mL.

Ncor1, also known by the synonyms Retinoid X receptor-interacting protein 13, RIP13, N-CoR and Rxrip13, mediates transcriptional repression by certain nuclear receptors as part of a complex that promotes histone deacetylation and the formation of repressive chromatin structures. The protein is localised to the nucleus with a reported molecular weight of 266,519 Da (UniProt Q60974). Specificity is for natural and recombinant mouse Nuclear receptor corepressor 1.

Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 97% (91-103%) and in plasma averages 99% (93-105%). For research use only.
