Mouse Nuclear Factor Kappa B/NFκB ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse NFκB concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. Using a colorimetric detection method, the kit is validated for mouse samples and supports research on this transcription factor implicated in inflammation, immune response, and cell survival pathways.

Reported sensitivity is 9.375pg/ml with an assay range of 15.625-1000pg/ml. Intra-assay precision is CV <8% and inter-assay precision is CV <10%. Spike-and-recovery testing returned ranges of 86-99% (average 94%) in serum, 87-101% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 86-101% (average 94%) in UFH plasma. Linearity by serial dilution was demonstrated in serum (1:2 86-101%, 1:4 91-105%, 1:8 86-104%), EDTA plasma (1:2 83-92%, 1:4 82-97%, 1:8 90-101%), and UFH plasma (1:2 83-100%, 1:4 80-89%, 1:8 82-95%). The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months and is for research use only.
